Lesbians, sapphics, and allies are invited to join us on Sunday the 26th of April for our carabiner accessory making workshop to celebrate lesbian visibility day! Whether you’re an experienced crafter or completely new, we invite you to join us for a fun night of crafting and community!
The event will start off with a talk about the carabiner’s origin in queer fashion history, then the workshop facilitated by Tiana, who will give a demonstration on how to create girl scouts inspired rope keychains which can be used as accessories or keychains for your carabiners.
We will provide the materials needed for making the accessories.
To mark your attendance and make sure that you are provided with the materials needed please fill in this form: https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSeMrfu0ZGJ…/viewform…
There will be snacks and drinks provided at the event but feel free to bring your own. The event is free of charge but donations are appreciated.
Accessibility is restricted for people with mobility issues – however, get in touch with us, and we will help you up the stairs.
