Join us for an open discussion on the state of women’s health in Malta, their struggles and the presence of sexist attitudes in the medical sectors.
We will meet on the 27th of May, the eve of the International Day of Action for Women’s Health, at 67, Strait Street, Valletta at 6:30pm.
The discussion will begin with informative presentations focusing on endometriosis, delivered by Dr Angelika Biernacka Buttigieg and PhD researcher Martina Haber. Afterwards, the public is invited to share personal experiences related to endometriosis or other women’s health issues. Attendees are also welcome to ask questions, express impressions or concerns, and share ideas for overcoming the limitations of the current medical system.
Entrance is free. Please note that the event takes place on the first floor and access is via stairs.
Following the discussion, we will share some nibbles and drinks.
